payment 

 Payment is to be made by way of cheque  or credit card.  Once payment has been cleared in the stamp’n’scrap bank account your order will be processed.

 Cheque

 Please write your order number on the back of the cheque and send to Palmerston  North Stamp’n’Scrap 600 Main Street Palmerston North, New Zealand.  To avoid cancellation of your order we need to have received your cheque within five working days from the date your order was placed.

delivery

 Stamp’n’scrap  uses the PBT courier service to deliver your goods.  The charge is from $3.50 for delivery within New Zealand which is over and above the purchase price of the goods ordered.  Goods are sent by tracking post, so should you have any concerns regarding the arrival of your items please contact us as soon as possible by way of email at enquiries@stampnscrap.co.nz or on  06 356 4871.   For international delivery a quote will be provided once your order has been received.

 gift vouchers

 Stamp’n’scrap provides Gift Vouchers which are a wonderful way of sending a gift to someone special.  We can send them to you, or mail them directly to the recipient on your behalf.

   Gift Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash, non-refundable and can not be used to purchase further Gift Vouchers.

 Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.  To avoid the Gift Voucher lapsing it must be redeemed prior to the expiry date.  Stamp’n’scrap accepts no liability for lapsed Gift Vouchers.

 Once an order has been placed using a Gift Voucher please write the order/invoice number on the Gift Voucher in the appropriate field and send to Stamp’n’scrap,600 Main Street, Palmerston North  New Zealand.  To avoid cancellation of your order we need to have received the Gift Voucher within five working days from the date your order was placed.
